Why not just implement SAP or a standard ERP?
For some manufacturers that is genuinely the right answer, and we will say so. It stops being the right answer when the implementation cost is dominated by customisation — when you're paying to bend a generic system toward your process anyway. Can it talk to our machines and existing shop-floor hardware?
