RETAIL, HOSPITALITY & F&B
Management software for retail, hospitality & F&B
Order what will actually sell, staff for the day you're about to have, and see every site at once.
A retail or hospitality operation loses margin in three places at once: stock that expires before it sells, shifts that don't match demand, and orders re-typed by hand between a POS, a delivery platform and a supplier portal that were never designed to speak to each other.
divisionAI builds the system those three problems share — one inventory truth, one demand signal, one order flow — and puts AI agents on the forecasting and re-ordering work that a manager currently does at 11pm from memory.
Where the margin goes
Waste you find out about later
Fresh stock written off because re-ordering runs on last month's instinct rather than this week's actual sell-through.
Orders re-typed by hand
Delivery-platform orders copied into the POS by a person under time pressure. Every re-typed order is a chance for a wrong item, a wrong table or a wrong address.
Shifts that don't match demand
Overstaffed on a dead Tuesday, understaffed on a Saturday rush — because the rota is built in a spreadsheet that has never seen a sales forecast.
No live view across sites
Stock levels per location are a phone call away, not a screen away. Transfers between sites happen too late to matter.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
OPEN MORE SITES,
NOT MORE SPREADSHEETS.
Multi-site operators usually hit a wall that has nothing to do with trade: each new location adds another rota built by hand, another stock count nobody trusts, another manager reordering from memory at 11pm. The operation gets harder to run faster than it gets more profitable.
One demand signal changes that. Orders get proposed from real sell-through, rotas get drafted against the same forecast, and stock is visible across the network — so a new site inherits a system that already works rather than adding a spreadsheet to somebody's evening.
"A tenth location shouldn't be ten times the admin of the first one."
One operational system across every site
Multi-site retail and F&B operators typically start here. The exact module set comes out of discovery — a single restaurant and a 40-store chain need very different things from the same foundation.
Inventory & stock
Live stock per location with expiry tracking, automatic transfers between sites and variance reporting that shows shrinkage while you can still act on it.
Point of sale
A native tablet POS that writes straight into the same inventory record — no nightly reconciliation, no separate export.
Delivery integrations
Glovo, Uber Eats, Deliveroo and your own channel land in one queue and flow into the kitchen automatically. Nothing gets re-typed.
Shifts & time
Rotas built against a demand forecast, with availability, contracts and labour cost per shift visible as you plan.
AI agents
Agents forecast demand per site, raise purchase orders against it, flag suppliers who chronically under-deliver, and draft the rota for a manager to approve rather than build.
What changes
Waste falls first, because it's the most visible. The longer-term change is that opening another site stops adding to the head-office workload.
Questions from operators
- We have tills that work. Does this mean replacing all our hardware?
- Usually not. Where the existing hardware can talk to a modern system, we integrate with it. Where it genuinely can't — old registers with no API are common — we ship a tablet POS that runs on hardware you can buy anywhere, which is typically cheaper than a proprietary replacement anyway.
- How does predictive re-ordering handle seasonality and one-off events?
- The forecast learns from your own sales history, including the same week last year, and takes explicit inputs for known events — a local festival, a promotion, a holiday. It proposes the order; a human approves it. It doesn't buy stock on its own authority unless you decide you want that.
- Can it run across multiple locations with different menus or ranges?
- Yes. Per-site ranges, pricing and menus are a core assumption rather than an add-on, because almost every multi-site operator has local variation. Group-level reporting still rolls up across all of them.
- What about connections to our accountant's software?
- Standard. Sales, purchase and payroll exports in the format your accountant expects are part of the integrations module — the point of one system is that the export is generated, not assembled.
